Kohlrabi
From the cabbage family and with an unusual shape, we can find ink two colours, purple and green. This vegetable is the result of a cross between a turnip and a cabbage. It has a swollen, rounded stalk and has a mild, slightly sweet taste similar to turnip but not as strong. Its preparation is versatile and can be eaten raw, grated or finely sliced, diced and sautéed or even added to rice or a stew.
